Minimal is the goal. In The Unconventional Gym Athlete we use: a barbell, a pair of kettlebells, and a conditioning piece as the tools to re-shape, restructure, and restore your body. No other pieces of equipment are needed!

This is me. Sure, I was training before but I wasn’t following anything in particular. I was doing the typical workouts you see around the web. I set goals but I never hit them. That was until I started incorporating unconventional training methods. Here is where everything started to change for me. My body started transforming like never before.
