This program will take you through three progressive phases in preparation to unlocking your best-self. We start with first Building The Basics, then secondly Hammering Your Strength, and lastly, the most fun, Unleashing The Beast.
3 Pieces Of Equipment
Minimal is the goal. In The Unconventional Gym Athlete we use: a barbell, a pair of kettlebells, and a conditioning piece as the tools to re-shape, restructure, and restore your body. No other pieces of equipment are needed!
