My name is Juan Leija and I have been transforming bodies and lives for over 15 years.  Having learned from some of the best in the industry, I blend both conventional and unconventional training methods to provide a dynamic training experience that helps people achieve their goals.  My unconventional approach to training and programming has been put to the test on a daily basis by clients and myself to ensure constant optimization of the process.  As a coach, my role is to support people on their fitness journey and help them map out the best plan possible to get healthier, gain strength, and move better. I want to see you succeed as much as you do because when I train people I see it as a team effort. I'll put in the work and I expect the same in return. I'm not the type of coach that sugar coats things for you.  I'm the coach that tells you to slow your ass down when you're moving too fast, tells you to hurry the fuck up when you're wasting time, and tells you to get your mind right when your head's in the clouds.  And when you succeed, I'm the coach that celebrates your progress with you.  These are not workouts that will turn you into Superman or Wonder Woman in 6 weeks.  These are workouts that require dedication and that will guide you to smarter training that will get you stronger, better conditioning, more durable, and more mobile, and in time you will be your own SUPERHERO!
